General Manager - Operations
Gillian Beaumont Recruitment is a specialist HR consultancy. We provide recruitment and HR services to Commonwealth, State and Territory Governments across Australia.
We are experiencing unprecedented growth, and as a result, we are seeking to appoint a General Manager – Operations to lead our practice.
You will need to be a leader with a capacity to ensure that operations deliver efficient and effective services for our clients. You will need to lead and motivate internal and outposted teams.
To be considered for the role you will need to have significant experience managing a business with high compliance requirements. Ideally, you will have a background in delivering growth and efficiencies through quality service and technology-based solutions.
Our preferred candidate will have experience in a consulting or services business. You will need to demonstrate commercial and strategic acumen, and tertiary qualifications in business, law or human resources are preferred. Most importantly, you will be someone who will devote your professional energies to achieving results for our clients.
