Jack Thompson grew up in the Wagga Wagga region. He moved to Canberra in 2011 to study a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Canberra, which he completed in 2015, as well as a Bachelor of International Studies.
Prior to starting at Gillian Beaumont legal, Jack worked in a large rural law firm as a generalist law clerk and intern. Jack has also been a musician for almost ten years, playing at cafes, restaurants and weddings predominantly across the Riverina.
Jack’s experiences as a law clerk, through university and working as a musician have developed his written and verbal communication skills, as well as his ability to identify and address the needs of clients.
Jack is also an Officer Cadet in the Australian Army Reserve. Outside of work, he enjoys touch football, volleyball and AFL.
